CIP 2008 (GB)

Our GB gals organized a fun-and-games day at APEX Rehabilitation Centre for the old folks. They led the elderly in the stretching exercises, after which they played a lot of games with them to brighten up their days. The gals also prepared and gave out some gifts to the senior citizens as the surprise for the day. In short, the gals learnt much more about compassion and respect in the CIP, when they showed their love towards the people who once contributed to Singapore during their younger days.

Who We Are...

In 2005-2009, every year, about 50 Sec two pupils will be chosen to go for a 3D2N leadership training camp at NACLI (National Community Leadership Institute) along South Buona Vista Road.

They learn about individual differences, teamwork, determination and many other attributes that leaders need to have. It has been well known in school that our pupils have a lot of fun in their learning.

When they return, all of them will lead their CCA groups in their respective Community Involvement Program (CIP), where they will put their knowledge into practice.

In 2010, Henderson is ready to take up the challenge of conducting our own in-house CCA Leaders Camp, when all the Sec 3 CCA Leaders will come together to be have training that will be even more aligned with the School's MVV (mission, vision and values) than what they did in the past in NACLI.

We hope that all our Leaders can have the Head - Heart - Hands to bring the school to a higher level.
